Paramedic Uri Shacham from Magen David Adom, helping giving water to a child. Joe is 4 years old, and a orphan. He is sitting in the park, in the General Hospital. The other patients there around him give him some help, and share water and some food. Now the psykosocial team from Red Cross has taken care of him, and making sure that the boy in a bad healt is rehydrated, and will be taken care of at a local orphanage. Patients at the General Hospital in Port-au-Prince all have great need for treatment, both medical, physical and psycological. Red Cross medical teams are in action at a policlinic, sergical rooms and specially trained voulunteers attending to both patients as well as hospital personells psycological needs after the earthquake.
